A atuação do professor como mediador no processo de inclusão social da criança com autismo

The research was motivated by the fact that the author is the mother of an autistic child and her interest in deepening theoretical and practical knowledge to assist in the development and learning of children with autism. The objective of the research is to analyze the teacher’s role as a mediator in the process of inclusion of the autistic child, observing their pedagogical strategies to guarantee inclusion and respect for the child’s emotional variations in the school environment.
