Qualitative study with case study methodology on the benefits of music therapy for children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) attending a specialized school in Portugal, emphasizing the improvement of communication, socialization and imagination. The results demonstrate that music therapy plays a crucial role in improving communication, socialization and emotional regulation in children with ASD, promoting their well-being and cognitive development.
